In fact, all Acetaia Malpighi products come from an excellent quality raw material : the typical Modena grape from the "Tenuta del Cigno" family farm, located on the outskirts of Modena.
In the kitchen they can be used in many ways and represent unique ingredients to enhance any dish, without covering its flavour.
