Taste 17 - 3/5 February - Fortezza da Basso (FI)

The spotlight is on about 640 companies, including Acetaia Malpighi, that represent the values and specificities of Italian production culture and gastronomic tradition: the appointment is at the 17th edition of Taste, at the Fortezza da Basso in Florence, from February 3 to 5, 2024.

During the three days of the event, the opening hours for professionals and industry operators will be from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Enthusiastic audiences can enter on Saturday and Sunday from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM, and on Monday throughout the day.
