Students visiting the old barrels

A tour of the  old barrels of the Malpighi Family to discover the origin of the real Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP: the students of the department of language, art and Iitalian culture (DiLCAI) of the Institute of the Adventist Church of Firenze, have discovered the secrets, the taste and the production techniques of one of the excellences of Modena territory.
The Adventist institute is an educational institution of the Advent Christian Church in Florence. In addition to the faculty of theology, recognized by the italian State, the Institute includes a department of Language, Art and Italian Culture (DiLCAI) and every year hosts foreing students most of them from American Adventist University. The school program includes, in addition to  the teaching of the italian language, artistic,historical and cultural subjects, laboratory of Mediterranean cuisine, painting, ceramics, fashion design and tailor’s shop. Students choose subjects according to their needs.
The Institute also organizes daily trips to different italian cities and one of these trips was to our Ancient Acetaia.
