A point of reference for professionals, for those who want to embark on a career in the world of catering or pastry making, but also for enthusiasts, it is configured as the most innovative school of Haute Cuisine and Pastry Making in Italy: a unique reality, among the many training institutes, has over 1200 m2 of laboratories.
Throughout 2024:
- our products will be present in the cooking school classrooms and used by the students in their recipes
- we will participate as teachers in some training days open to IFSE students
- as always we will welcome IFSE students to the spaces of our ancient vinegar factories, to lead them to the discovery of two great Made in Modena excellences: Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO
