Duck breast with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP
Duck breast with mustard ice-cream and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP Acetaia Malpighi, in its version "ORO" (“Gold”) with a 1,34 density. The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP Acetaia Malpighi is obtained using the must of grapes from our vines and vinegar produced by us, aged in Durmast barrels.
It has got a round and intense taste, well-balanced acidity, high density. A hundred percent natural product, free from caramel, colourants or additives.
