Cocktail n.1 “Modenese Bloody Mary” (the favourite of Luciano Pavarotti)
5/10 tomato juice
3/10 Vodka
Salt, pepper, Tabasco sauce, lemon
1/10 Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena “Extra Vecchio” 25 years old
Mix all the ingredients into a mixer with ice for few minutes and serve it in a cocktail glass

Cocktail n.2 “Brandy & Balsamic Vinegar”
3/10 milk cream
3/10 Brandy
3/10 syrup of raspberry
1/10 Traditional Balsamic Vnegar of Modena “Affinato” 12 years old
Mix all the ingredients into a mixer with ice for few minutes and serve it in a “Martini cup”  and garnish with two raspberries

Cocktail n.3 “ Strawberry & Saporoso”
9/10 Vodka
1/10 Saporoso condiment with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP
1/10 strawberry fresh juice
Mix all the ingredients into a mixer with ice for few minutes and serve it in a cocktail glass, garnish with a tea spoon of “Saporina” jelly

4/10 strawberry juice
4/10 orange juice
Drops of liquid sugar
Drops of lemon juice
1/10 “Prelibato” white balsamic condiment
Mix all the ingredients into a mixer with ice for few minutes and serve it in a cocktail glass

Cocktail n.5  “cherriy & pearls of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP”
4/10 cherry syrup
4/10 orange juice
1/10 Gin
1/10 Pearls of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
Mix all the ingredients into a mixer with ice for few minutes and serve it in long Goblet  glass, garnish with fresh strawberry

Cocktail n.6  “Tonic Water & Mint  Condiment”
5/10 Tonic water
2/10 Mint condiment
3/10 Gin
1/10 White balsamic pearls
