Acetaia Malpighi technical sponsor of IFSE for 2023

Also for 2023, our Acetaia has chosen to be the technical sponsor of IFSE Italian Food Style Education , the only cooking school recognized as Italian Excellence by the General Secretariat of the Republic, the most innovative school of Haute Cuisine and Pastry in Italy. A point of reference for professionals, for those who want to pursue a career in the world of catering or pastry, but also for enthusiasts.

The collaboration consists in the supply of one of the products of our Collection, the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP aged in ancient oak barrels , which will be used by the chefs of the Cooking School. Furthermore, our president cav. Massimo Malpighi will participate as a teacher in some training days open to IFSE students
